Use case — Private equity · fund operations & finance

Capital calls, portfolio KPIs, and LP questions — handled from one thread.

Quarter-end in fund operations is the same fire drill every time: the capital-call notice built by hand from the model, portfolio KPIs chased across ten management packs, and the LP asking for a number that lives on a slide from two quarters ago. An AI coworker reads the systems you already run — the fund model, the data room, the ERP, the inbox — and does the assembly, so your team does the review.

Per-LP schedule is in the sheet; two LPs have side-letter caps, so I flagged them.

Questions

Common questions.

Which fund-administration and portfolio systems are supported?

Supercenter connects to the systems your team already uses through 2,000+ integrations — spreadsheet-based fund models in Google Drive or SharePoint, your ERP, DocuSign, Outlook or Gmail, and the data room. Systems without a public API can be connected through a custom connector.

Will it send a capital-call notice on its own?

No. Anything that leaves the firm — notices, LP emails, signature requests — is drafted and held for approval by default. Admins can set per-action policies, and every step is logged in a replayable audit trail.

Can it roll up portfolio-company KPIs every quarter?

Yes. Point it at the management packs — Drive, SharePoint, or an inbox where they land — and ask for revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and headcount by company. Say once that it repeats quarterly and it becomes a standing report, with the source cited for every number.

How are LP data requests handled?

Ask in plain language ('what was Fund II's DPI at year end?') and the agent finds the number in your own reports, quotes the source, and drafts the reply. Nothing is answered from outside your documents.

We're regulated. What about permissions and data?

Agents act on behalf of each user with that person's own permissions — they can't open a document you couldn't. Data stays in your systems; Supercenter is GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted, and every action is auditable.
